Call your VMR from a skype for business client

A call to you VMR from a skype for business client is made lik any other skype for business call. But insted of pressing "enter" to dial, right click on the contact that appears and click "Start a Video Call"

When the call connects you will be prompted to enter the pin code. Enter the host or guest PIN to join the meeting.
To enter the PIN code click the phone icon in the lower right corner.
